SPLIT-LEVEL SAND BLAST CABINET
For
sandblasting operations that include cleaning or preparing
large, heavy, or awkwardly sized parts, a Split Level design
is a blast cabinet to consider. By lowering the height
parts must be lifted to place them in the media blaster the
split-level becomes safer and easier on operators’
backs as they load and unload the blast cabinet.
Aided by a counterbalance spring, the whole top of the
cabinet lifts up when opening the cabinet, providing clear
access to the work surface.
These heavy duty 14-gauge welded steel cabinets can be
ordered with an appropriately sized Dust Collector, and are
equipped with an easily accessed pressure regulator, bright
interior lighting, large, easily changed safety glass cabinet
window, and a spring-loaded hopper door that makes media
changes easy.
